Classroom Experience at the British School of Boston: An Independent International School

Within the classroom, lessons begin with an outline of the learning objectives and the criteria by which students will know if they have been successful. Topics begin with a knowledge harvest and set questions to be answered which are revisited at end of topic to see if all questions have been answered. Lessons end with a discussion about the learning that has just taken place and the next lesson in that subject begins with brief recap and link to current and future learning.
